Manufacturing Project Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing / Project Engineer who thrives in a dynamic job shop environment. This role is highly visible—your engineering expertise directly impacts production, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities :

• Develop SolidWorks models and detailed prints, including operational prints for manufacturing.
• Quote new manufacturing jobs, providing accurate cost and time estimates.
• Set up new manufacturing orders, including operational routings and process documentation.
• Assist production by creating and optimizing CNC milling and turning programs (Mastercam required).
• Provide input on tooling selection to improve efficiency and quality.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and the shop floor, supporting machinists and troubleshooting issues. Requirements :
• SolidWorks and Mastercam expertise.
• Hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning environments.
• Proven ability to quote jobs and establish routings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
