Data Center Technician

Contract-to-hire opportunity for an OSP Data Center Technician role based in Denton, TX, with future work supporting a major data center in Dallas. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in OSP data center construction, strong cabling skills (especially fiber), and comfort working in physically demanding environments. Here are a few highlights :

• Hands-on work : Cable pulling, rack & stack, patching (no termination / testing initially)
• Training provided : One week of onboarding before going on-site
• Schedule : Monday-Saturday, 6am-5pm (60-hour weeks)
• Pay : $23-$30 / hr depending on experience
• Requirements : OSHA 10 certification, reliable transportation, ability to lift 40 lbs, and comfort with heights / aerial lifts

This is a great chance to join a team working on class A builds and co-locations, with potential for long-term growth. If you have experience in high fiber-count environments or fiber splicing, that's a big plus!

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 / hr.
