Residential Sales Consultant – Erie Home

Join Erie Home as a Residential Sales Consultant and help protect homes with expert roofing solutions.

Job Overview

We provide pre-qualified leads, paid training, and a proven sales process that unlocks unlimited earning potential. Sales representatives earn between $125,000 and $250,000+ annually and receive uncapped commissions plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-confirmed one-call appointments from 1 pm to 7 : 30 pm.
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
  • Use innovative software to capture precise measurements.
  • Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections—no roof travel required.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs.

Qualifications

  • No sales or construction experience required—full training provided.
  • Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel to in-home appointments.
