Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Deli Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong teamwork abilities, and is detail-oriented. Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and utilizing hand tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team, demonstrating strong teamwork skills to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies, utilizing organizational skills to maintain efficient stock levels.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any major problems to the appropriate personnel, showcasing problem-solving abilities.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes, while being detail-oriented.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new recipes and techniques, adapting to menu changes and seasonal offerings.
- Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently, understanding power tool operation.
Minimum Qualifications
General knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Valid Driver's License.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.Familiarity with retail operations and sales techniques.Experience with HVAC systems.Experience with plumbing.Experience with selling techniques.Basic understanding of mathematics.Experience with leadership.Good driving record.
