Required Qualifications

Experience managing and developing UX researchers, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams

Strong operational mindset with experience in scaling ResearchOps through effective systems and processes

Hands-on experience as a mixed-methods researcher capable of leading complex research projects

Experience working in continuous discovery environments where research informs product development

Ability to synthesize complex findings and communicate compelling narratives to executive audiences
