We are searching for the best talent for a Global Scientific Sourcing, Scientific Activation Specialist role to be in New Brunswick, NJ or Boston, MA.
Purpose : The Global Scientific Sourcing - Scientific Activation Specialist is a member of the Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JJI) Global Scientific Sourcing team within Strategy, Operations and Scientific Sourcing (SOSS) organization. This role plays a key part in designing, developing and implementing Scientific Activation, in alignment with priorities for External Scientific Innovation and our Therapy Areas. The role will work within the Global Scientific Activation Hub to deliver against business priorities (e.g. strategic sourcing, managing / coordinating the central calendar, developing / managing best practices and playbooks). This role will support external engagement including paid, earned, owned, and shared channels. Responsible for designing and implementing strategies that cultivate a vibrant community of scientific innovators for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines portfolio and communicating value-added services offerings, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $147,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
