What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field6+ years of experience conducting UX research in a consultancy, agency, or non-agency enterprise environmentProven experience leading research efforts from discovery to validationStrong portfolio or case studies showcasing impactful research outcomes and methodologiesProficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platformsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
