Join a leading manufacturing company as a Resin Handler! We are looking for a motivated individual to be a vital part of our production team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to impactful projects.

Job Title : Resin Handler

Location : Turtle Lake, WI

Shift : 2-2-3 schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

What You'll Do :

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Delegate tasks as directed by the Supervisor and oversee department operations.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and inspire your team.
  • Perform troubleshooting and aid in corrective actions for resolving issues.
  • Communicate effectively with production and support departments to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience in the Resin department (2+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Strong professional communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Email and Google Sheets.
