As a Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the exciting transformation of their homes. This is a unique opportunity for those who excel in meaningful conversations and wish to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent Marvin with professionalism, providing an outstanding customer experience.

Conduct in-home consultations, demonstrating our products, and managing proposal development and contracts.

Manage appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in replacing their windows or doors.

Build and maintain customer relationships to maximize repeat and referral business.

Compensation Highlights :

Earn over $100,000 annually, with top consultants making more than $200,000.

Receive commissions at the time of order—no delays for installation payments!

Monthly car allowance averaging $550 and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements :

A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not required.

Outside sales experience is preferred, and we offer comprehensive training.

Flexibility for customer appointments.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.
