JD :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) reporting tools (i.e. Fiserv or FIS) . This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing our financial crime prevention capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing enterprise-level financial technology projects, particularly in the areas of compliance, reporting, and vendor integration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of OFAC reporting tools (i.e. FIS or Fiserv).
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of OFAC reporting capabilities.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Proven track record of implementing compliance or reporting tools, ideally with Fiserv products.
  • Strong understanding of OFAC regulations and financial crime compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with data integration, reporting platforms, and regulatory technology (RegTech).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Background in financial operations, risk management, or compliance.
