We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-first Property Management Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Compensation : $18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and assist property owners and tenants with professionalism and warmth
• Process work orders, communicate with vendors, and ensure repairs stay on schedule
• Manage payments to vendors and owners accurately and on time
• Handle renewals for city and state licensing
• Visit properties quarterly for inspections (you’ll get some fresh air!)
• Keep our office plants happy and watered
• Support a positive, solutions-first culture every day
• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner
