Real Estate Lending
The Construction Loan Processor is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans, including conventional, equity and construction loans. This role requires a strong understanding of construction lending, with a particular focus on managing construction loan draw requests, coordinating with contractors and inspectors, and ensuring timely disbursements. Responsible for the coordination of construction loans from application through completion of build, ensuring compliance with all policies and government regulations while providing exceptional Member service.

Or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Related banking experience, preferably in construction lending and residential mortgage closing.
Related experience with associated lending software programs strongly preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Members and other Team Members at the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute dividends and interest.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
