A successful candidate will be responsible for the following :
- Support capability requirements validation through AROC / JROC
- Develop investment strategies and program documentation
- Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment
- Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony
- Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry
- Support TAA, FFR, and AEMC processes
This position is contingent upon contract award. Regular CONUS / OCONUS travel is required.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)5+ years Force Development experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component CommandsDomain expertise in relevant portfolio areaFamiliarity with Army acquisition and modernization processesActive Secret clearanceCertifications Desired
Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or CMust complete within 6 months : HTAR, AOIC, JCIDS coursesTechnical Skills
Familiarity with Army databases (AE2S-M, CAMS, cQUIP, etc.)Microsoft Office suite expertiseKnowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE, and AROC processesWhat We Offer
