Business Development Executive – Commercial Janitorial & Facilities Services (Atlanta Metro)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our footprint across Atlanta, the Southeast, and national markets .

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — with both local and national accounts.

Hunt for new business across commercial, industrial, and corporate clients.

Conduct site walkthroughs and develop tailored facility service proposals.

Collaborate with estimating and operations to build smart, customized solutions.

Stay active in the field : cold calls, outreach, site visits, and networking events.

Hit (and exceed) sales goals — and get rewarded for it.

What You Bring

5–10 years of B2B sales experience (facilities, janitorial, property management, or service-based industries).

A true hunter mentality — someone who loves building relationships and closing deals.

Experience selling into large facilities, industrial, or multi-site clients .

Excellent communication skills with comfort talking to everyone from site managers to C-suite executives .

Strong knowledge of the Atlanta and Southeast market .

Self-motivated, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a building.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
