Hope Springs is looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our Supportive Housing Program running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the friendly face (and voice!) greeting visitors and callers
- Keep our records tidy and our schedules on point
- Support staff with meetings, reports, and special projects
- Help us stay stocked, sorted, and HIPAA-compliant
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9–5 (with occasional evenings / weekends)
