Do you have a passion for water safety, leadership, and developing others? Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is seeking a full-time Aquatics Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our team of swim instructors at our Jordan Landing location!

This is a key leadership role where you'll make a difference in children's lives every day by ensuring high-quality swim instruction, maintaining safety and operational standards, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

✅ Requirements

Minimum 1 year of aquatics experience

Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience

A passion for water safety, child development, and team leadership

💦 What You'll Do

As Aquatics Manager, you will :

Lead, coach, and develop a team of dedicated swim instructors

Ensure safety, quality, and consistency of Aqua-Tots curriculum

Hire, train, and assess aquatics staff while fostering growth and accountability

Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing needs

Conduct training, assessments, and monthly in-services to keep the team sharp

Maintain certifications and uphold all state / county health standards

Create an exceptional customer experience by engaging with families and addressing concerns with a win / win approach

Act as a role model by upholding Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction

🕒 Weekly Structure (Approx. 30 hours per week)

1 hour : Weekly ATD Aquatics Manager call

1–3 shifts : Teaching swim lessons (lead by example!)

2–4 hours : Administrative tasks

5–10 hours : Instructor training & assessments (varies with demand)

Remaining time : Team development, scheduling, customer support, and pool operations
