Workday Intergrations Developer

Representing a global financial services provider, we are proud to be leading the search for an HR Workday Integration Developer. This newly created role will lead the development and support of Workday integrations across a complex HR technology ecosystem.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence systems architecture, streamline processes, and enhance data connectivity across platforms. As the HR Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for :

• Developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal / external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other tools
• Providing production support for Workday integrations and related HR applications, resolving technical and access-related issues
• Collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams to manage SSO configurations and support infrastructure upgrades
• Documenting business requirements and partnering with stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions
• Participating in testing and validation during Workday releases and infrastructure changes
• Conducting code and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards
