IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team ! We are currently seeking a Construction Field Technician 1 who will assist with construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, and an understanding of construction processes and techniques. The Construction Field Technician may be assigned to a construction project or projects to serve as a construction observer to make field measurements, documentation entries and read and interpret plans. Some of these assignments may require temporary relocation.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assists with all phases of the construction project which includes planning and scheduling, from implementation to close out
• Assists with coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, ensure quality, site cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Assist with addressing any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, prioritizing a safe work environment for all personnel on the construction site
• Prepare and present reports, progress summaries, and other documentation to senior management and clients as required
