We are looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to help drive our growth and oversea daily operations.

This is NOT a DESK Job / Position!!!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and lead a small care coordination team.
  • Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Conduct client visits to ensure satisfaction and care plan follow-through.
  • Hire, supervise, and support Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and state guidelines.
  • Travel locally to client homes and regional office locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Answer phones and support client / caregiver communication.
  • Who You Are :

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and grow.
  • Professional experience in home care or office management preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and problem-solving.
  • NA1 certification is a plus.
  • Computer literate with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Expectations :

  • Schedule : Monday through Friday with Some weekend needs.
  • On-call : Company cell phone provided for emergency after-hours support.
  • Compensation :   based on experience + performance incentives.
  • Benefits : Earned paid time off (PTO), mileage reimbursement, Life insurance.
  • Note : Health insurance is not currently offered but is under active consideration.
