Description

• Must have good mechanical and electrical aptitude on industrial machinery and equipment, and be able to troubleshoot electrical panels and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment -Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, schematics, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. -Uses Machine, Equipment Manuals and Electrical Ladder Diagrams to troubleshoot and identify faulty circuits, wiring and components in Industrial Machines and Equipment. -Proficient in testing electrical systems using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and ammeters, and insulation testers to ensure compatibility and safety of system. -3-phase, 480V, and industrial troubleshooting experience, assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, machines, motor control circuits, and fixtures. -Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. -Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. -Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. -Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. establishing personal networks. No PPE, medical tests or certs required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
