Title : Mercy Housing Residential Engagement Coordinator
Status : Full Time
Reports to : Director of Care Coordination

Purpose :
The Residential Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitation of C4 service delivery between Mercy Housing and C4 connecting prospective clients to desired service(s) for the purpose of assisting Mercy Housing residents to maintain housing. Establishing and maintaining fluid and transparent relationships between Mercy Housing and C4. The ideal candidate will possess high level networking ability, be a skilled resident advocate, well organized and able to problem solve. Minimum Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited university required.
2. Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or an applicable human service field from an accredited university preferred.
3. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in healthcare administration / management with experience in operations management, and / or finance preferred.
4. Knowledge of federal, state, CMS, Medicaid and various licensing, certification and accreditation requirements.
5. An equivalent combination of academic, clinical and operational experience may be considered
6. Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
