job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUtilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care. Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
