Director of Leasing

Leon Industrial (“Leon”) is searching for a Director of Leasing to join its fast-growing industrial team in Dallas, Texas. This senior-level position will lead leasing efforts for the entirety of Leon’s industrial portfolio with special focus on new developments. The role will be responsible for developing and executing lease-up strategies that will maximize the value of each portfolio asset through effective broker engagement, tenant outreach, and lease negotiations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee leasing strategies for existing and ground-up projects, coordinate timely RFP / LOI responses with brokers, tenants, and construction teams, negotiate new leases and renewals, shepherd finalized leases through to execution.
• Coordinate the timely execution of capital projects related to tenant improvements, speculative make-ready, and other property-level improvements.
• Support Leon acquisitions teams with feedback on due diligence and underwriting assumptions.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting processes.
• Assist with Fund-level reporting and investor presentations.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership, investors, partners, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local markets, manage and expand brokerage relationships, and participate in market events to promote Leon’s reputation and market presence.
