A company is looking for a Beneficiary Help Line Specialist to provide customer service and support to Social Security beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to beneficiary inquiries regarding Social Security benefits and program options
Research and explain SSA program policies and procedures to callers
Document interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisory staff as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 4-5 years of relevant customer service experience
Experience with case management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SSA Public Trust clearance
