For our People team, we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist EMEA & Growth.

Within the People team you'll have a key role in implementing regional reward programs by working closely with HR business partners and managers in the country and act as an advisor for the senior management.

Your role

As a Total rewards specialist you are responsible for employee benefits, job architecture frameworks and market-based compensation programs for the EMEA region and growth markets.

Your tasks :

• Lead benefits renewals and manage vendor relationships
• Responsible for job architecture and evaluation processes
• Conduct and lead salary benchmarking, pay analysis and annual pay ranges updates
• Responsible for sales bonus program design and governance
• Oversee broker master data, including cost and service models
• Set and manage the merit budget / market movement recommendations
• Support the development and execution of the EU Pay Transparency (pay equity analysis, HR engagement and communication planning)
