Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead the AR team, focusing on deduction management and overseeing account collections. This role includes preparing financial reports and analysessuch as bad debt assessmentsand driving process improvements related to Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team and its daily operations.
• Drive effective deduction management across accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage account collections and address escalated issues as needed.
• Compile and analyze bad debt reports to support financial decision-making.
• Monitor and improve Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.
• Generate and distribute all accounts receivable reporting.

Work Environment

This position is located on-site at the company's headquarters and follows a business casual dress code. It offers a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one remote day per week, following the completion of in-office training. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06 / hr.
