What You’ll Do As a UX Designer on the STK Next team, you’ll collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, field engineers, and product managers to design high-quality, user-centric experiences. You’ll help transform complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and ensure consistency across a growing Design System.
Key responsibilities include :
Conducting user research to identify UI pain points and uncover user needs
Working directly with domain experts to understand complex systems
Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Developing and managing reusable components within an enterprise-level Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Analyzing and documenting UI patterns and design standards
Leading or participating in design critiques and UX review sessions
Supporting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations
Note : This is a design-focused role and does not require coding, though familiarity with HTML / CSS is a plus.
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (PDF or website)
