We are searching for our next Water Restoration Lead Technician. Benefits include :

We can teach you a great career trade. Our work involves water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and many property restoration tasks. Duties will include initial job-site inspection and performing demolition, remediation, and structural drying per the IICRC standard. A Restoration Technician is responsible for the fast response to emergency water damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the geographical territory. The work environment is fast-paced, hands on, and requires travel in a company owned vehicle within the territory. You will be using power tools, hand tools, and operating restoration equipment. Work can occur in crawl spaces and attics. Must be hands on and hard working.

Outstanding personal skills and the ability to think on your feet is a necessity. Must be an outgoing, personable and respectful individual who makes a good first impression with customers. IICRC Certification is a plus but not a requirement. Participation in a weekly rotational on-call schedule. Physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection.
