Position Title : Quality Performance Specialist
Location : North Charleston, SC 29405
Duration : 3 Months
Schedule : 1st Shift, 40 hrs. / week
Overview :
The Quality Performance Specialist will support member incentive programs designed to improve healthcare quality and close care gaps. This role involves coordinating gift card fulfillment, member notifications, and provider communications. The specialist will also assist with outreach to members, medical record management, and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage gift card fulfillment and member incentive mailings.
- Track and document incentive activities using spreadsheets.
- Fax requests to providers for medical record reviews where EMR access is unavailable.
- Process invoices from third-party copy services and maintain electronic records.
- Support member inquiries related to incentives using the HEAL system.
- Conduct outreach calls (20+ per day) to members who are non-compliant with priority measures.
- Record all member outreach in the JIVA system.
- Assist with scripting for POM dialer and texting campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience with medical record abstraction is helpful but not required.Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.Ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new tasks.Previous healthcare or member services experience preferred.
