Base pay range

$145,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client, a large, stable manufacturing company, located in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Payroll Manager. In this role, you will lead payroll operations across multiple states, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. The client offers excellent salary and benefits package. This role is hybrid after an in-office training period.

• Manage payroll reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Payroll Manager will maintain payroll systems and Excel imports
• Set up union and prevailing wage rates
• Will manage a team of 4
• Liaise with accounting on reconciliations
• As a Payroll Manager, you will supervise and develop payroll staff
• Drive departmental goals and ensure policy compliance

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
