The Planet Group is seeking a CRM Project Coordinator to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.

The CRM Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by managing our CRM marketing campaigns through various steps of the campaign process.

  • Location : Hybrid in Irvine, CA (3 days on-site)
  • Pay : $35-$38 / hr+ depending on experience (W2 and benefit options)
  • Duration : 2 years to start (potential for extension / conversion)

CRM Project Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with creative briefs, asset grid creation for internal design team and external agency.
  • Collaborate with CRM team, our internal design team, and eternal agency to deliver high-quality marketing assets and materials.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Route all CRM jobs through appropriate stakeholders for approval and through Veeva Vault for regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance sign off.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, as well as the client's regulations and our product regulations.
  • Proof / QA all emails, SMS / MMS, and Push Notification in detail before they are deployed to our consumers and customers.
  • Engage our Call Center before large CRM deployments so they are aware of any consumer and customer questions that could come in.
  • Prepare project status reports and ensure accurate documentation of project activities.

  • Attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter, autonomous yet collaborative, proactive, planner
