Manager Team Member Relations

Position Details :
Location : Winter Haven and Bartow
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Status : Fulltime, Exempt
The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for :
- The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.
- Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.
- Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to regulations.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
Required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Preferred : Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience :
Required : 5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in Employee Relations.Preferred : 3 years of management experience.Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents, including :Resident remediation processesCompliance with employment laws and accreditation standardsEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans / Disabled
