Sales Engineer (APAC) – Go-To-Market (GTM) Hybrid (Korean–English). Bilingual Sales Engineer (Korean–English) – IoT Solutions, APAC.
Location : South Salt Lake or Kaysville, UT (Hybrid)
Reports to : VP of Sales
Start Date : ASAP
Schedule : Core hours 9 : 00–3 : 00 MT, with early / late blocks to overlap with Korea
Travel : ~10% (APAC / Korea + select trade shows)
Employment Type : Full-time, exempt
Compensation : Base $60–80k + variable (OTE ~$100k) + bonus
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Engineer (Korean–English) to act as the technical and commercial bridge between Monnit HQ in Utah and Monnit Korea. This role blends solution engineering and go-to-market execution—helping design and validate IoT solutions while driving early-stage pipeline through outreach and event follow-up. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sales, and international markets.
