This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 40 hours

Patients per day : 16

Practice Setting : Clinic

Scope : Outpatient

State Licensure : Active Wisconsin Medical License, Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
