We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to serve as a Loan Documentation Specialist in our Marianna office. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position supports key loan operations and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Reception :

  • Exhibit a professional and welcoming image to all visitors and callers.
  • Effectively address inquiries and direct individuals to appropriate departments.

Loan Documentation & Collateral Management :

  • Serve as the Association's loan documentation custodian, imaging loan files and managing all aspects of collateral documentation including recording, filing, and safekeeping in the collateral vault.
  • Process paid-out loan files, coordinating with the Lending team to release liens, and forward documents to borrowers.
  • Administer the Association's Collateral Insurance Program.
  • Maintain UCC recordings, ensuring liens are properly continued and collateral is secured.

    • Compliance & Internal Controls :

  • Understand and support job function-related internal controls.
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to improve work efficiency while maintaining safety and soundness.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education and / or experience equivalent to an Associates Degree.
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive documentation securely.
  • Familiarity with loan operations, insurance programs, loan documents, and / or UCC filings is preferred.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.

    • The base salary range for the position is 34,600-41,900 plus variable compensation tied to a general incentive plan. Additionally, up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 - 5 : 00.
