Payrate Rate : $60 / hour

Weekly Gross : $2400 / week

Job Summary

Clinical Dietitian Nutrition II to provide comprehensive nutritional care across inpatient units (including ICU and PICU) and outpatient clinics. The role includes nutritional assessment, care plan development, patient / family education, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients of all ages across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess nutrition needs and develop individualized care plans using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Modify diet orders, recommend enteral feeding and supplements, and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct initial and follow-up nutrition screenings per policy (high, moderate, and low risk).
• Coordinate discharge nutrition needs, including home enteral feeding and supplement authorization.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with the care team.
• Refer patients to appropriate supportive services as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred : Oncology experience.
