The Modernization Sales Consultant will manage a local territory and work with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives to design complex technology solutions. The territory covers part of Atlanta and the surrounding area (Marietta, GA).
Responsibilities
- Build and develop professional customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Learn and sell innovative technological solutions.
- Ambitiously learn and use technological tools such as our CRM.
- Familiarize yourself with a solution-selling methodology and collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.
- Manage and guide projects from initial contact through completion in collaboration with the operations team.
- Develop and pursue relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives to design technology solutions that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant sales experience; ideally within the vertical transportation industry.Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional related experience.Willingness to learn and apply new skills and tools; comfort with a longer sales cycle (approximately 1–2 years).Benefits

Salary range : $81,000.00 – 111,400.00. Compensation varies based on the requirements of the role and a range of factors including experience, certifications, and location.
