Key Responsibilities
Design shift schedules and crew rotations to maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations
Develop optimization models for mortgage and call center workflows, considering various constraints
Create predictive models for staffing needs based on loan volume forecasts and historical trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
2+ years of experience in workforce optimization or crew scheduling in complex environments
Fluency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation
Hands-on experience with optimization solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, or Google OR-Tools
Strong proficiency in scheduling algorithms and workforce management systems
