Key Responsibilities
Provide client support by answering questions and offering guidance on affordable housing compliance
Conduct electronic file reviews to ensure adherence to federal and state program regulations
Communicate file deficiencies and relay important information to relevant parties
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing
Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
Demonstrated follow-up skills to ensure compliance issues are addressed
Flexibility and a sense of urgency in task management
