Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead their Email Archive portfolio and oversee distributed teams managing large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead globally distributed teams through transformation and growth, fostering a high-performing culture

Partner with Product Management and UX to define and deliver roadmaps that enhance customer experience

Own architecture and operations for large-scale data ingestion, indexing, and storage with a focus on compliance

Required Qualifications

15+ years in software engineering, with 8+ years in leadership roles

Proven success in leading remote, distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration

Experience with compliance archiving and eDiscovery

Expertise in AWS and / or Azure, including multiregion deployments

Strong background in CI / CD and large-scale data systems
