Maintenance Repair Worker 202

• Multiple, Central NJ Locations Central Administration Office
• Perth Amboy, NJ Salary : $39,520
• $41,600 per year plus Sign on Bonus
• $2,000 Responsibilities : Basic knowledge in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair work and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.

Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40+ locations in tip top shape.
