Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Estimator to join our customer's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates and bids based on field measurements, drawings, and client needs. Responsibilities :

Travel to project sites to perform building measurements and gather field data

Convert field notes into accurate and organized background drawings using AutoCAD

Develop cost estimates based on preliminary drawings and specifications

Prepare and submit competitive bids to clients in a timely and professional manner

Engage with clients to clarify project scopes and tailor estimates to meet their expectations and budgets

Participate in job closeouts and assist in preparing final inspection reports and documentation

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure estimates align with actual project requirements and timelines

• ? Maintain updated knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and industry

Working hours : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Ability to work as a team and have strong communication sills

Client interfacing- AUTOCAD basic knowledge

Ability to multitask

Travel is typically w / a 1 week notice and usually one day only

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create and edit basic technical drawings

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a strong attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
