Registered Behavior Technician

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing direct care, implementing behavior intervention programs, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise individuals in a residential setting.
- Implement behavior plans and strategies.
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals, transportation).
- Document progress and behaviors.
- Participate in recreational activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Facilitate community outings and activities.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals.
Qualifications :
RBT certification20-hour Behavior Assistant certificationSafety Care certification1+ year experience with individuals with disabilitiesValid FL driver's licenseStrong communication & organizational skillsBenefits :
