Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management : Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Ensure that all safety and health regulations are strictly followed.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service. Assign tasks, manage schedules, and conduct regular performance evaluations to foster a productive and harmonious work environment.
Customer Experience : Ensure that every customer receives prompt and friendly service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
Quality Control : Maintain the highest standards of product quality by ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented according to company specifications and health regulations.
Financial Management : Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and inventory costs. Implement strategies to improve profitability and achieve financial targets.
Training and Development : Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Encourage career growth and skill enhancement within the team.
Marketing and Community Engagement : Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and engage with the local community to build the brand and increase customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of financial and operational management principles.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a quick-service restaurant environment.
