Practice Opportunity : Family Medicine Physician

Salary Range : $290,000 - $300,000 annually

Bonus : $100,000 Sign-On + Relocation

What You’ll Do

Provide full-spectrum, patient-centered care across all ages.

Engage in both traditional primary care and concierge / DPC models.

Collaborate across departments to create holistic care plans.

Leverage state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative tools.

Help shape a care model that values relationships and innovation over bureaucracy.

Candidate Profile

MD / DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Eligible for Wyoming medical license and DEA registration.

Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-first medicine.

Ready to relocate and build long-term community connections.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $290K - $300K

$100,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance.

Employer-paid health insurance (low deductible).

Additional insurance options : life, disability, cancer, accident, hospital indemnity.

401(k) with 6% employer match.

6 weeks PTO + 6 holidays + 7 sick days.

CME : $5,000 + 5 days.

Malpractice coverage : $1M / $3M (employer paid).

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. No weekends, no call.
