Your Role as a Diesel Mechanic :

At GMCO, you ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet to keep operations running smoothly. Every day will bring new challenges and hands-on work, including :

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues across various vehicle components.
• Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and engine tune-ups.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
• Keeping detailed records of all work performed to meet compliance and safety regulations.
• Ensuring all repairs and maintenance follow OSHA, DOT, and GMCO safety standards.
• Troubleshooting issues using computer diagnostics and shop tools.

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience : Minimum 3 years as a mechanic (5 years preferred).

Tools : Must have your own set of basic hand tools.

Licensing : CDL Class A or B preferred but not required.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and diagnostic software.

Work Ethic : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Team Spirit : Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
