Overhead Door Company of Springfield, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire a Department Manager who will actively manage our commercial team. As the department manager, you will manage the commercial service team. Product knowledge is not required, however, experience managing a service or installation team responsible for servicing or installing mechanical and / or electrical products and / or equipment in homes is preferred.
