Responsibilities :
- Oversee bookkeeping operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Handle accounts payable processes, including tracking and processing invoices.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide general office management support, such as answering calls and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop for financial management.
- Strong skills in Excel and general computer applications.
- Previous experience in construction accounting is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes.
