Key Responsibilities

Track and manage inquiries in the help desk ticketing system for timely responses and service improvements

Evaluate user needs and define technical problems to determine effective solutions

Investigate and resolve Tier 3 help desk tickets involving complex business and system issues

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

4 years of relevant experience

Ability to pass a client-specific public trust background investigation
