10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional dry van routes hauling 100% no-touch freight. This opportunity is suitable for solo drivers and teams who require predictable home time and competitive compensation. 10-4 Logistics USA is based in Sheridan, Wyoming and emphasizes safety, reliable equipment, and professional customer representation.

Compensation and schedule

  • Estimated annual earnings : $85,000–$100,000
  • Pay structure : $0.67–$0.71 per mile; weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Sign-on bonus : $1,300
  • Schedule : Regional routes with weekend home time

    • Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes with 100% no-touch freight handling
  • Follow assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions; represent the company professionally at customer locations
  • Perform thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding routing, schedules, or incidents

    • Minimum qualifications and requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum age : 23 years
  • At least 9 months of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience for solo applicants
  • Driving record requirements : no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years; no DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years; no major moving violations in the last 3 years; no suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years; no speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months; no DUI / DWI in the last 7 years
  • Employment history : no employment terminations within the last 12 months; no more than three jobs in the last year with an average tenure per job of at least four months; no more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment drug screening (including hair test) and background checks
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers
